Murdoch: Australia to join NATO due to Asia Pacific role

Rupert Murdoch, in a new role as security policy analyst, has made the bold assertion that Australia should be invited to join NATO due to our role in the Asia Pacific region. Murdoch kicked off Australia's bid as part of his address for this year's ABC Boyer Lecture, titled 'A Golden Age of Freedom' at the Sydney Opera House.
